Service Description

Embark on a personalised yoga journey with Helga as your instructor. Together, we will focus on your individual needs and goals to create a practice that is tailored to you. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed for all levels and is guaranteed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The session is held in my yoga room at home. Please come wearing comfy stretchy clothes, you can bring your own yoga mat or choose from the ones available on site. There will be fresh water bottles and a face towel for you to use.
