It's a pleasure to connect with you. Let me tell you a little about me. I'm a certified and insured Yoga Instructor based in Kirkby, Liverpool (UK). I have a great passion for people's wellness in every day life and I love supporting you with a fun, up-beat and revitalising Dynamic Vinyasa session. Although personalised to you, my classes always start with a seated ease-in on the mat, followed by our sequence where we move and engage in yoga postures, finishing in a lay-down guided relaxation of 5-10min.
